Tin sulfooxide is a ternary alloy belonging to M₂X₃ family of materials. Our crystals has the chemical formula of Sb₂S_3xO_3(1-x) where x composition ratio has been fixed to x=2/3. Sb₂S₂O ternary alloys are visible spectrum semiconductors with predicted band gap of 1.25 eV. These alloys provide transition across Sb₂S₃ and Sb₂O₃ compounds corresponding to x=1 and x=0.
