ZrS3 nanosheets are different from our ZrS3 crystals in that ZrS3 nanosheets have been directly grown onto Zr thin foils using vapor liquid solid (VLS) growth technique. As shown in our product photos, highly crystalline ZrS3 nanoribbons  directly grow perpendicular to Zr foil surface in high densities. The product offer unique advantages over ZrS3 as summarized below;

Advantages of ZrS3 nanoribbons over ZrS3 crystals

• Similar to ZrS3, Zr/ZrS3 nanosheets stacks can be mechanically exfoliated onto variety substrates

• VLS grown ZrS3 are already really thin (~10) this mechanical exfoliation enables you to achieve monolayers much easily compared to bulk ZrS3

• It is ideal for high update (battery, gas sensing / storage) applications
