CdAs2 CdAs2 crystal belongs to a larger family of transition metal dipnictides MPn2 (M = V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, and W, Pn = P, As and Sb). It crystallizes in OsGe2 type structure. The quantum properties of CdAs2 is still largely unknown in the field and waiting to be discovered.
